I bought a crepe maker while ago and have loved making these sweet wraps ever since. I often will make them on the weekend as a special treat for the family. Unfortunately Simon does not have a sweet tooth and so these go wasted on him- although he did do a savoury version this weekend.
Pour the wet mixture slowly into the bowl whilst whisking to prevent any lumps.
Mix until smooth.
Pour approximately 1/4 cup of the batter onto the crepe plate
Quickly spread the batter in circular movements until flat as shown above
Cook for about 60 seconds on one side and then remove from the plate.
Fill with whatever you like and enjoy : )
Flynn had a nutella filled crepe- a special treat!! He called it chcolate toast- very cute.

Here is Simon’s savoury crepe with scrambled egg and tomato sauce filling-

did you see karen martini (sp) recipe on the weekend for walnut jam and chocolate crepe cake?
Oooh sounds nice : ) Do you have a link you could share please?
