I thought I would share another little project we did around the house a few weeks ago. I had a pin board that I had bought years ago from Target, I picked it up from the clearance section for $11 and it has been sitting unused in my linen closet with no home. Then one day I was browsing on Etsy and I came accross these great wall decals – The Laundry room, loads of fun. For $15 it is a great way to dress a blank wall, they are easy to install and easy to remove if necessary as they do not remove any paint. You can order the colour to match your space and so I tried to get something similar to the pin board I already had.
This is the room looking in from the inside door-

And from the outside door looking in-

So there is a little mid week project for you,we did this wall after Flynn went to bed one night and it only took about 45 minutes to put both things up : ) Perfect for our busy family and it has made the Laundry room just a lit bit more inviting.

Sorry Jade, but pregnancy has really done something to you. There is no way that the words “laundry” and “fun” belong together!
It does LOOK very pretty, but I couldn’t ever bring myself to use such words together!! LOL
LOL I agree Anna I have done a little nutty : p It is all of those cute little socks… they suck you in !!
I’ve got an idea for you though… you need to put some arrow decals up in your house that all point towards the laudry, then have a list of instructions on how to do your laundry “the Jade way” on your new pin up board… that way, when you have visitors after your new baby arrives, they know exactly where to go, and how to help! Perfect!! I just hope your washing machine never gobbles baby socks like mine does!!
