Wow well we got way too much chocolate for easter what about you? I thought I would share a little idea/recipe with you that I do each year to use up the “extras” we always seem to have at the end of the season, or we are just over eating chocolate.

Ingredients
125g butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2/3 cup caster sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 self raising flour
1/4 cup milk
Beat all ingredients in an electric mixer until just combined. Then increase speed to medium and beat for about 3 minutes until mixture is smooth and has turned a paler colour.
Drop mixture into paper cases until they are about half full and then add your chocolate egg I used caramel but anything would work, then cover with the rest of your mixture. Bake for about 20 minutes in a moderate oven (180).

Enjoy with friends and family : )

How yummy does that cake look! divine! Hope you had a Happy Easter Jade.
that looks sooo good especially at 8.30am …lol
Happy Easter girls, I am so sick of the sight of chocolate LOL : )
