We did some simple Easter cookies over the weekend for Flynn to be able to give out to his teachers. I also made some for my work colleagues in the office and a few friends. We just used a simple chocolate cookie recipe base and cut the mixture out into little eggs.
We then topped the eggs with pre made Betty Crocker vanilla icing and then dipped them in sprinkles. They were simple and easy and I was then able to package them up into some little easter bags from Woolworths.

I folded down my bags quite a bit as they are quite long. I then added a simple striped paper bag topper adhered with a stapler and then I added a little scalloped easter tag from the same download shown in the easter muffins yesterday.
Simple and easy, just what I need at the moment : )

thanks so much for more Easter gift ideas….
They look so lovely!
Love this idea Jade! did you make the biscuit base, or use a ready made biccy?
Where would I get the scalloped cutter from?
Suse- I used a biscuit bases recipe for chocolate cookies from a WW recipe book and the scallop cutter is made by Stampin Up. x
ooh I prob have the WW book, or a similar recipe, thanks! I looked at Stampin Up earlier, NICE site!
